The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere in the Arbitration dispute in Arb.O.P.No.1 of 2026 on the file of Arbitrator, who was appointed through the order passed in Arb.O.P.No.12 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the complaint, the respondents have conducted an 2/4

enquiry and they have decided not to interfere in the said proceedings. The said statement is recorded.
