This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner in respect of the property in S.Nos.159/8 and 159/9 of Pannaithiruthi, B.Karungualam, Thirupatthur, Sivagangai District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2021 was registered in CSR No.45 of 2021 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
