ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case and not to interfere in the civil dispute frequently.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.01.2020
