ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the husband of the petitioner namely J.Amarnath Gopikannan, aged about 40 years, S/o.Jayapalan, residing at no.126/6E, Kanna Illam, Periyasamy Nagar, Pudhugiramam, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District who has been detained illegally by the second respondent and subsequently produce him before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's husband is not taken in illegal custody. He was arrested in Crime No.58 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 406,420,294(b), 506 (ii) of IPC and remanded to judicial custody on 19.02.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
