PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to impugned letter No.TNTEU/R/Affln/2021/217 dated 05.02.2021 of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to issue continuation of affiliation and Login ID and Login Password to the petitioner college on the basis of order dated 27.05.2015 of the 2nd respondent herein granting recognition order and approved the petitioner college to conduct two years B.Ed degree course with an intake of 100 students and the order of the 1st respondent University dated 30.01.2017 restoring the provisional affiliation to the petitioner college.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter issued by the first respondent dated 05.02.2021 and for a direction to the first respondent to continue the affiliation that was given to the petitioner College.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, 2/5
the affiliation, that was given to the petitioner, was cancelled through proceedings dated 15.03.2021. The same was put to challenge in W.P.No.14683 of 2021 and that Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 20.07.2021 in the following terms:
4. Taking note of the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
(i) The petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
(ii) The Appellate authority shall consider the appeal to be filed by the petitioner and take final decision after providing opportunities to the petitioner as per the guidelines of the respondent and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the above order, an appeal was filed before the National Council for Teacher Education and the same is pending.
4.This Court suo motu impleaded National Council for Teacher Education Rep by its Region Director, Southern Regional Committee, G-7 Section -10(Near sector-10 Metro station), Dwaraka, New Delhi-110 075, as the third respondent in this Writ Petition. 3/5
5.In the light of above developments, nothing survives to be considered in this Writ Petition. There shall be a direction to the newly impleaded third respondent to deal with the appeal submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
