ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the Petitioner on 09.12.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.413 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
