ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register an F.I.R based on the complaint, dated 16.12.2014 made by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) representing the respondents submitted that petition enquiry is pending in the matter. 3.The 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and act in accordance with law. Further, there shall be a direction that petition enquiry in this matter shall be monitored by the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
