ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without any proper compliant against this petitioner by the third respondent, the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that two parties are operating the school, namely, Yadava Primary School and on the basis of the issue only, two parties are arrayed as A and B. The petitioner's group was arrayed as A1. He further submitted that on the previous occasion, the petitioner gave a complaint, over which C.S.R.No.42 of 2022 was registered and the same was closed, after making enquiry of both parties. Now, the present complaint has been made by the third respondent herein. 2/4

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far no information has been furnished to him with regard to the nature of complaint.

5. In view of the above, the parties are directed to appear before the concerned authority, after receiving notice and summons as the case may be and to work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
