ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the third respondent to consider his objections before conducing survey of the petition mentioned lands.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader brought to my notice the order passed by the Tahsildar on 02.02.2023 considering the objections of the writ petitioner. Survey was also done on 13.02.2023. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the survey report on the writ petitioner. It is always open to the writ petitioner to establish his rights in the manner known to law. 2/4
