ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to forbear the 4th respondent not to register any document in respect of property situated in S.No .2/1A Vittankulam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District by the way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondent, notice is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondent intends to convert the agricultural lands into housing plots without obtaining proper approval from the concerned authorities. 2/4
4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the agricultural lands will not be converted into housing plots without any approval from the concerned authorities. The said submission is recorded.
