(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal, dated 02.11.2021, in accordance with law. 2/4

2.Heard Mr.Sam Eugine Jebakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought before this Court by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the appeal, dated 02.11.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, after hearing the petitioner, if necessary, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
