ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 506(i) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Exorbitant Charging Interest Ordinance Act, 2003 in Crime No.252 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Initially, the petition was filed showing crime number as not known and, therefore, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of two weeks, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., on 11.02.2015.

3. Today, the respondent police is present and a status report has been filed. In the status report, in paragraph No.5, the respondent police have stated as follows:

"I submit that this petitioner not reported before Police Station till date and also not pursued the Honourable Court orders."

4. The police have also stated that a regular case in Crime No.252 of 2015 for offences under Section 506(i) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Exorbitant Charging Interest Ordinance Act, 2003, has been registered by the respondent police.
