O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to file final report in connection with crime No.190 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the investigation is going on in an effective manner and he would submit that final report will be filed within a period of six months.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the said submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to file final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
