CRL OP(MD). No.3056 of 2020 1989 in Crime No.61 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that the victim was injured and he was in hospital for about two days.

4. Taking note of the same, I permit the petitioner to surrender before the Jurisdictional Court and apply for regular bail. The petitioner's bail petition will be considered and disposed of on the same day of surrender by the Court below.

5. With this direction this criminal original petition is disposed of.
