ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner was working as an Assistant in the Government TDTA Gurukalaperi Higher Secondary School, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. It is alleged that he had forged the signature of the Headmaster and withdrawn money to the tune of Rs.64,550/- from the Bank. It is seen that this petitioner has withdrawn a sum of Rs.7,000/- on 27.09.2014 unauthorisedly from the school account in Canara bank, Naserath Branch.

2.The allegations against the petitioner is very serious inasmuch as he has forged the signature of the Headmaster of the school and has withdrawn money from the account. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Taking into consideration the serious nature of this allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
