ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.68 of 2019, on the file of the Sub Court, Lalkudi, has filed the present revision petition, challenging the dismissal of interim injunction application which was confirmed by the appellate Court. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioner had filed the above said suit for the relief of permanent injunction. Pending suit, the plaintiff had filed I.A.No.1 of 2019, seeking interim injunction. The trial Court had dismissed the said application on the ground that the plaintiff has not established a prima facie case. Challenging the same, the plaintiff had filed C.M.A.No.20 of 2022, on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. The learned First Appellate Judge had also concurred with the findings of the trial Court, had dismissed the appeal.

Challenging the concurrent findings, the present revision petition has been filed. 3.A perusal of the records further reveals that the suit is for permanent injunction and therefore, any observation that is made by this Court in the present revision petition will affect the merits of the suit.
