This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to further investigate the FIR registered on 16.10.2014 in Crime No.348 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent which was referred as mistake of fact.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 10.08.2014 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, but the same was not taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
