ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are harassing the petitioner towards withdrawing the complaint preferred by him before the State Human Rights Commission.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that there is no harassment at all meted out to the petitioner by the respondent police.
