This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first respondent to register a case upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.12.2014, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that petition enquiry stands conducted and closed, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The respondent police is directed to serve closure report upon the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
