Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2014 against the accused persons namely Udhyachandran, Sub Inspector of Police and Dhatchinamoorthy, Special Sub Inspector of Police attached to the second respondent Police Station and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.11.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged the complaint dated 30.11.2014 against the Police officials and therefore, the same is not yet registered by the second respondent Police.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the first respondent would look into the petition given by the petitioner dated 30.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.
