ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2021. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is having 6 cents of land. The third respondent is trying to grab the property of the petitioner and therefore, he lodged a complaint against the petitioner, before the second respondent police. During the enquiry, the second respondent insisted the petitioner to transfer the property in favour of the third respondent. The first and second respondents have no role to play in a civil matter and the petitioner prayed this petition to be allowed and prayed an order not to harass the petitioner. 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the petitioner attempted to tresspass into the property of the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2949 of 2021 respondent and therefore, the third respondent lodged a complaint, which was registered in CSR No.10 of 2021 and the same is pending enquiry.
4.In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation during enquiry and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to physically harass the petitioner, at the time of investigation. 5.With the observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
