PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappali in Cr.M.P.No.222 of 2014 in Special S.C.No.7 of 2014 and set aside the order dated 20.10.2014.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records records of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappali in Cr.M.P.No.222 of 2014 in Special S.C.No.7 of 2014 and set aside the order dated 20.10.2014.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petition mentioned case was disposed, in which, the petitioner was convicted on 18.05.2014. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. 3.The aforesaid submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
