RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the Period of time to surrender and execute the sureties in Crl. O. P (MD) NO. 6779 /2017 dated 19.06.2017 pending on the file of this Honourable Court in Cr No. 110/2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVA ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Court.
2.This Court by order dated 19.06.2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioners to comply with certain conditions within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
3.It is seen that the petitioners failed to comply with the said conditions and filed the present petition, which is out of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ time. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
