This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to forbear from constructing primary health care centre in the land assigned in Survey No.1020/1, 1021/1, 1022/1 Pazhavoor Village, 2/4

Radhapuram Taluk, Thirunelveli District under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Harijan Welfare Scheme Act, 1978 in the year 1998, or allot the same for any other purpose and clear the encumber caused by them within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that construction of the primary health care centre has been over and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.01.2025 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No Sm 3/4
