2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
