2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 10.08.2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, but the same was not taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
