ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.122 of 2015 within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the case in Crime No.122 of 2015 has been transferred to the file of the District Crime Branch, Pudukottai and the same is pending.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Pudukottai to complete the investigation in Crime No. 122 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
