2. It appears that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner as well as the private respondents 4 to 7 herein. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, even though temporary injunction has been granted in O.S.39 of 2020 by the District Munsif Court, Bodinayakannur in I.A.No.2 of 2020, they are continuously making threat not only to the enjoyment but also to his life whenever he tries to enter in the property.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.101 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the private respondents have given an undertaking that they will not make any trouble. Let the copies of the enquiry report be submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court for further orders.
