No. 20 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. No. 18 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MAHENDRARA JAN, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.2673 & 2674 of 2022 These petitions are filed to modify the condition No.6 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.1254 and 1283 of 2022, passed by this Court, dated 25.01.2022 in connection with Crime Nos.18 and 20 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the first and third petitioners are Government Employees and the second petitioner is a college Student and hence, prayed the condition to be modified.

3. On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioners have not obliged the condition even once and prayed the petitions to be dismissed.

4. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, these Petitions are dismissed.
