This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 12.01.2018 at about 8.00 A.M. onwards to 14.01.2018 at about 11.00 P.M. At Mariamman Kovil Thidal, Alampakkam Village, Lalgudi, Trichy District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducted Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has proposal to conduct kabadi Tournament from 8.00 A.M on 12.01.2018 till 11.00 P.M. on 14.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation on 02.01.2018 to the respondents, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.

3.The learned Government Pleader has submitted that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 10.01.2018.

5.with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
