This Writ Petition was filed challenging the impugned order, dated 02.02.2021 in Na.Ka.No.64/2021 calling for auction issued by 3rd respondent and permit the petitioner to renew the licence for shop No.6 as demanded by the 3rd respondent in his communication, dated 08.02.2021 in Na.Ka.No. 160/2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the lease was subsequently granted in favour of one Yasoda.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
