[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.B.A.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Veerapandian, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks statement of accounts.

3. Learned Counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner earlier filed the dispute with the Consumer Forum. The same is dismissed as the petitioner was given the copy of statement of accounts.

4. Today also the learned counsel for the first respondent has given statement of accounts to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, W.M.P. (MD) No.2746 of 2023 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
