This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2023, for mutation of revenue records and issue joint patta.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6

According to the petitioner, she has made a representation dated 15.12.2023 to the respondents, for mutation of revenue records and issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs of K.K.Meera Baai and K.K.Chandra also. But till date there was no response from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
