Heard Ms.D.Thilaga Rani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader for respondent. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The petitioner claims that the petitioner has sent representation dated 06.01.2025 to the first respondent to remove the old and damaged water tank located in Muthuramalingam Street, Courtrallam Taluk, Tenkasi District. But so far, the representation of the petitioner is kept pending without any progress. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
