This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation to the third respondent in person on 28.01.2018 and through registered post on 29.01.2018 to the respondents and to direct the third respondent to grant permission to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 04.02.2018 during the daytime between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the petitioner's residence.

2.Heard, Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's locality and his brother's children ear piercing function at his residence and I have decided to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 04.02.2018 at about 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and for that, I have already given a representations dated 28.01.2018 and 29.01.2018 to the third respondent, but, sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner, dated 28.01.2018 and 29.01.2018 and dispose of the same at early by keeping in mind the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Church of God (Full Gospel) in India Vs. K.K.R, Majestic Colony Welfare Association and Ors, reported in 2001 - 1 - L.W. (Crl.) 233.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
