RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.526 of 2020 dated 04.02.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAMESH.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2021 on 04.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the case in Crime No.105 of 2020 has been transferred from the file of the respondent Police to CBCID, Tuticorin District.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2021 on 04.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Tuticorin District, on every Monday and and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 26/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
