2. After hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, we are more than satisfied that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal. The petitioner was originally running the canteen in campus in the Madurai Government Hospital. His period expired. He wanted extension. His request was rejected. Challenging the same, he filed W.P.(MD)No.2094 of 2022. The learned 2/4

single Judge directed the authorities to conduct fresh tender as per G.O. Fresh tender was conducted and the writ petitioner also participated. But he was not successful. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the period for which fresh tender was conducted is also about to be over. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
