adjournment. At his request, the Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23695 of 2014 was posted along with Crl.O.P(MD).No.205 of 2015 on 13.01.2015. On 13.01.2015, the matters were adjourned to 20.01.2015. Thereafter, the matters were pending for the past 3 years, without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner again seeks adjournment. It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matters, further. More over, the cases are of the years 2014 and 2015. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of these criminal original petitions would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
