Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.MUTHU PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by an order, dated 20.01.2017 suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. Claiming that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing
before the Court.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Court, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the trial Court once in a month ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of Criminal Appeal. 4.This petition is allowed with the above modification. sd/- 26/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
