ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner as directed by the second respondent vide O.Mu.A1/7261/2017, dated 20.09.2017.

2.Heard Mrs.J.Anadhavalli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner filed an application seeking to grant patta before the third respondent who in turn rejected the same and therefore, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent. Subsequently, the said appeal was transferred to the third respondent vide communication dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.09.2017. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to pass orders on the appeal dated 20.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after conducting proper enquiry and giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties, if any.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
