The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to trace out the missing documents of Original Registered Sale Deeds Document No.255/1987 dated 11.03.1987 and Document No.1589/1952 dated 04.07.1952, in respect of the properties belongs to the petitioner by considering her online complaint dated 06.12.2019 bearing LDR NO.ID595201901949 and her representation dated 29.01.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint through online dated 06.12.2019 and it has been taken up in LDR NO.ID595201901949 and she has also sent a representation by post on 29.01.2020. He would further submit that due enquiry will be conducted and appropriate action will be taken.
