PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.28 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent No.6 to some other agency such as C.B.C.I.D. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.28 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent No.6 to some other agency such as C.B.C.I.D. On basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2020

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the intervention of the ruling party a false case has been given against the petitioner . He would also submit that a direction may be issued to the fourth respondent to consider and pass order on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2020.

4. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the sixth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2020 inaccordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
