ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1,2,3,7,8,11,12,13 and 14 in Crime No.294 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307, 379(NH), 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 to 3 and 9 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the petitioners 4 to 8 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
