ORDER

This Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026.

2. The lower Court has already granted the petitioner visitation right. Now the allegation is that the father-in-law is restraining the petitioner from exercising the said right and assaulted the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3.This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the petitioner to produce the photo evidence before the respondent police. On such production of evidence, the respondent police shall 2/4

take appropriate action on the request of the petitioner and also consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner's further contention is that after verifying the CCTV footage, the allegation can be enquired by the respondent police. Hence, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate steps to get CCTV footage also.

4. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
