O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings initiated under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, in M.C.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif -cumJudicial Magistrate Court, Keeranur.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already, the above proceedings has been enquired into and the petitioner in M.C.No.9 of 2014 herself has withdrawn the complaint and the case has been closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
