This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 03.12.2014 of the petitioner. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case. 2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that case has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the second respondent police.
