This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.16 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 309 r/w 109 I.P.C.
