ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner for sale deed No.1573/1996, dated 19.07.1996 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Melur, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's online complaint in C.S.R.No. 1323/2022, dated 20.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent for missing of his original sale deed No.1573/1996, dated 19.07.1996 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Melur, Madurai District. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original document. 2/4

Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the petitioner, after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
