O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the Charge Sheet pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in C.C.No.48 of 2014 and quash the same. 2.When the matter was posted for admission 08.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.Even today, when the matter is called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014.Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
