Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BASKAR MATHURAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2021 on 18.01.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2021 on 18.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the Othakadai Police Station on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1681 of 2021 every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., except the hearing dates before the trial Court.
